Where it started, not on a stage, but behind one: two days at Botho University, 2 to 3 May 2024, organised with the Human Resources Professional's Society Botswana.
The bootcamp covered career development, CV writing, professional work ethics, job search strategies, self-branding and interview techniques, delivered by a room of invited HR-industry speakers rather than by Maverick himself. His job was building the event and holding it together, not presenting from it.
It ran across two named sessions, a Career Development session and an Entrepreneurship Development session, both credited to the same organising partnership. It's the earliest credential in the record, and the only one that's a host credit rather than a speaking one.
